Brian Lessard appointed to
Diocesan School Board

CAMDEN — Brian Lessard of Camden, Delaware, has been appointed to the School Board of the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington by the Most Reverend W. Francis Malooly, Bishop of Wilmington.

The appointment is immediate and is for a period of three years with renewal for two additional years following the first year of probation.

The Diocesan School Board plays a key role in advising the Office of Catholic Schools in its mission of ensuring that all schools are providing quality education within the mission of the Diocese of Wilmington.

Mr. Lessard, president of Lessard Builders, Inc., was cited by the bishop for his “expertise that will be valuable in both promoting Catholic school education as it now exists and in fostering its growth into the future.”
